The leaves have turned, the baking New York summer has morphed into the freezing polar vortex, and the Nomads have fallen in love and fallen apart. Liz and Jay have had a passionate relationship, broken up, and are now dealing with post-relationship friendship syndrome. Sam has kept her celibacy and has found a platonic relationship in Abel. Diana and Wesley, having just settled into love, begin to face new relationship challenges. Abel reconnects with his roots and finds himself confronted by the mistakes of his past. Chapter 1The Nomads brave the cold and head out for a night on the town. Drinking, smoking, laughing, eating hot-dogs all the way around Manhattan and back to Sam's apartment. As they chat and drink to push back the dark Liz and Jay fall into old habits, and Diana and Wesley fall into an uncomfortable conversation that has been a long time coming.

Chapter 2It's the next day and The Nomads try to get over their hangovers in their various ways. Liz and Jay re-assess after the dust has settled. Diana and Wesley re-commit themselves to each other and their new dynamic. Sam and Abel have coffee before their evening shift at the diner and watch the boats float through Hell Gate.

It's a notorious day for the Nomads - the day Sam and Jay take Manhattan by drinking at every bar below 34th street (or until they drop). Wesley joins the drunken duo and meets someone at the bar who changes his perspective. Meanwhile Liz, Diana, and Abel have a night out of their own by nesting at The Local. While the music plays and the lights go dim, they all find themselves spending time with people they never thought they would. |

It's the super-bowl! The Nomads gather at Wesley's to watch history take place. Some Nomads are ferociously into football, some are more interested in their guests which causes a rift between Liz and Jay. Elsewhere, Diana and Mara grow closer and closer. |
